Lisa works in Facilities Management, where past employers include the global aerospace headquarters for GDC Technics in Fort Worth, and the cities of Farmers Branch, Texas, and Coppell, Texas. She has been a professional member of IFMA since 2013, serving on the Awards and Holiday Committees and as Co-Chair of the Associates Committee. She earned her FMP certification in 2016 and is studying to earn her CFM.

Lisa's comprehensive business background includes sales management and training for World Book Encyclopedias, and owning a restaurant, a real estate consulting firm, a maintenance company, and a defensive-driving school. She attended Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas, and earning a BBA at Strayer University and a Masters in Science.

Her volunteer work includes mentoring and teaching language arts to elementary school children and is most passionate about working with children-at-risk to help them escape poverty. She is an active member of Valley Ranch Baptist Church in Coppell where she volunteers with the Jobs For Life, Sack Summer Hunger, and ESL Programs. 

She's been married to her husband since 1993, has three married adult sons and five grandkids. Lisa is an avid motorcycle rider and enjoys long road trips to national parks for hiking in the mountains.

Erik Lind has been an Associate Member of the DFW Chapter of IFMA since 2005, serving on the FMexpo and Awards committees and as Chair of the Sustainability Committee. He is a recipient of the 2015-2016 IFME Associate of the Year award.

Erik is currently Regional Vice President for APEX Surface Care. He previously served as Director of National Accounts for APEX, consulting for facility managers, property managers, legal administrators, office service managers, and office managers on their interior asset care needs.

Jamie is an operations and asset manager with over a decade of experience managing properties such as McKinney & Olive, CityLine, and Energy Plaza – assets totaling over 200-plus acres and nearly six-million-square feet. She previously worked as a service provider for about 10 years.

Jamie earned Facility Manager Professional (FMP) certification in 2017 from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and currently is pursuing Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification through BOMI International. 

As an IFMA member, Jamie’s accomplishments include;

Carol Tremayne has worked at Corporate Care for over 15 years, with responsibilities that have included national inside sales manager, customer service, sales training for new employees, marketing and trade show coordinator, and is currently in the role of Dallas/Fort Worth Senior Account Executive/Branch Manager.

Corporate Care has an extensive client base that continues to grow, providing services that focus on extending the life of finishes and surfaces within facilities in the DFW area and throughout the U.S.

Carol's involvement with IFMA began in 2006, attending World Work Place in San Diego, and has been involved since then, with the Membership Committee (Chairperson for two years), Hospitality Suite Committee and one year on the Awards Committee.

Having moved to the DFW area in 2003, Carol previously lived in Houston, Colorado, and Illinois. Carol and her husband, Steve, have three grown sons, two living in Texas and one in Colorado.

In her spare time, Carol enjoys reading, music, long walks, and all activities that include family and friends.

As Vice President for Business Development and Clients Relations for American Food and Vending/American Dining Creations, Bill is responsible for the organization's growth and guest satisfaction throughout the Texas region.

American Food and Vending/American Dining Creations, specializes in corporate dining, vending, micro-market, water filtration, and office coffee services. Not your typical food services company, American’s market niche is understanding the unique needs of each client they serve and developing programs customized to meet the customer’s needs, making every effort to exceed expectations.

Bill lives in Flower Mound with his wife Audrey and has been an active member of IFMA for nearly seven years, serving as Co-Chair for the 2016, 2017, and 2018 Golf Committee, and lending ongoing support for the Associate Committee.


Past President, Micah O'Dell, CFM, SFP, FMP

Micah O'Dell previously served one year as on the IFMA Board of Directors as President, two years as First Vice President, and two years as Second Vice President.

He has been with Fannie Mae since 2005 and is the Facilities Area Manager for their Northern Virginia campus. Micah was originally based in Dallas/Plano and was heavily involved in the construction of the new LEED Silver office building in Plano's Granite Park, as well as the Change Management function -- preparing staff for the new, modern office and a new way of working when the offices consolidated in Plano.  Micah will now lead Fannie Mae’s largest change as they consolidate nearly 800,000 square feet of space in Virginia into their new home, Reston Gateway, in 2022.

Micah has been actively involved in IFMA since joining in 2011 and regularly attends the DFW chapter meetings. He received the designation of Facility Management Professional (FMP) through UTA in 2011, earned his Certified Facility Manager (CFM) in 2013, and his Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) certification in 2018. Micah has attended World Workplace for the past six years and is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute.

Micah now lives in Ashburn, Virginia with his wife of 20 years and his two children Kayla (13) and Brandon (11). He enjoys boating, riding ATVs, cookouts, performing ancestry research, and most of all spending time with family and friends.
