Lisa Wells, FMP
Regional Facilities Manager
Board Liaison to the Community Affairs committee and co-liaison to the Education and IFMA Foundation committees.
Lisa works in Facilities Management, where past employers include GDC Technics in Fort Worth and the Texas cities of Farmers Branch and Coppell. She's been a professional member of IFMA since 2013 and served as Vice President of the Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Associates Committee. She also participated in the Awards and Holiday committees, earned her FMP certification in 2016, and is currently studying to earn her CFM.
Her comprehensive business background includes sales management and owning a restaurant, real estate consulting firm, maintenance company, and a defensive-driving school.
Lisa is an active member of Valley Ranch Baptist Church in Coppell, where she volunteers with the Jobs For Life, Sack Summer Hunger, and ESL Programs. She's been married to her husband since 1993, has three married adult sons and five grandkids. Lisa is an avid motorcycle rider and enjoys long road trips to national parks for hiking in the mountains.

Erik Lind has been an Associate Member of the DFW Chapter of IFMA since 2005, serving on the FMexpo and Awards committees and as Chair of the Sustainability Committee. He is a recipient of the 2015-2016 IFME Associate of the Year award.
Erik is currently Regional Vice President for APEX Surface Care. He previously served as Director of National Accounts for APEX, consulting for facility managers, property managers, legal administrators, office service managers, and office managers on their interior asset care needs.

Jamie is an operations and asset manager with over a decade of experience managing properties such as McKinney & Olive, CityLine, and Energy Plaza – assets totaling over 200-plus acres and nearly six-million-square feet. She previously worked as a service provider for about ten years.
Jamie earned Facility Manager Professional (FMP) certification in 2017 from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and currently is pursuing Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification through BOMI International.
As an IFMA member, Jamie's accomplishments include;

Board Liaison to the Job Bank and Membership committees.
Carol has worked at Corporate Care for over 15 years. She is currently the Dallas/Fort Worth Senior Account Executive/Branch Manager but has been a national inside sales manager and marketing and trade show coordinator. Corporate Care has an extensive client base that continues to grow, providing services that focus on extending the life of finishes and surfaces within facilities in the DFW area and throughout the U.S.
Carol's involvement with IFMA began in 2006 when she attended the World Work Place in San Diego. Since then, Carol has been involved with the Membership Committee, Hospitality Suite Committee, and Awards Committee.
Having moved to the DFW area in 2003, Carol previously lived in Houston, Colorado, and Illinois. She and her husband, Steve, have three grown sons, two living in Texas and one in Colorado.
In her spare time, Carol enjoys reading, music, long walks, and all activities that include family and friends.

As Vice President for Business Development and Clients Relations for American Food and Vending/American Dining Creations, Bill is responsible for the organization's growth and guest satisfaction throughout the Texas region.
American Food and Vending/American Dining Creations specializes in corporate dining, vending, micro-market, water filtration, and office coffee services. Not your typical food services company, American's market niche is understanding the unique needs of each client they serve and developing programs customized to meet the customer's needs, making every effort to exceed expectations.
Bill lives in Flower Mound with his wife Audrey and has been an active member of IFMA for nearly seven years, serving as Co-Chair of the Golf Committee in 2016, 2017, and 2018, and lending ongoing support for the Associate Committee.

Micah is the Immediate Past President of the IFMA Board of Directors. He has served as President, First Vice President, and Second Vice President.
He's been with Fannie Mae since 2005 and is currently the Facilities Area Manager for their Northern Virginia campus. Initially, Micah was based in Dallas/Plano and was heavily involved in the construction of the new LEED Silver office building in Plano's Granite Park, as well as the Change Management function. He prepared staff for the new, modern office and a new way of working when the offices consolidated in Plano. Micah will now lead Fannie Mae's most significant change as they unite nearly 800,000 square feet of space in Virginia into their new home, Reston Gateway, in 2022.
Micah has been actively involved in IFMA since joining in 2011 and regularly attends the DFW chapter meetings. He received the designation of Facility Management Professional (FMP) through UTA in 2011, earned his Certified Facility Manager (CFM) in 2013, and his Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) certification in 2018. Micah has attended World Workplace for the past six years and is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute.
Micah now lives in Ashburn, Virginia, with his wife of 20 years and his two children Kayla (13) and Brandon (11). He enjoys boating, riding ATVs, cookouts, performing ancestry research, and, most of all, spending time with family and friends.
Lee Harris, CFM
Board co-liaison to the IFMA Foundation committee.
Lee is Chief Engineer for Fort Worth's Dickies Arena, a 14,000 seat, multi-purpose venue located on the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus.
He was previously Director of Facilities for the AT&T Performing Arts Center, which includes the Winspear Opera House, Wyly Theater, Center Café, Strauss Square Outdoor Amphitheater, Sammons Park, and Two Underground Parking structures that sit on 10 acres in downtown Dallas. He managed all facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades in all venues, along with coordinating and supervising the janitorial and landscaping maintenance contractors. Lee started with the AT&T Performing Arts Center in March 2009 as the Facility Manager and was promoted to Associate Director of Facilities in August 2013 and Director of Facilities in August 2016. Before coming to the Performing Arts Center, Lee previously served over twenty-three years as the Director of Facilities at Fielder Road Baptist Church in Arlington, Texas.
Lee has been a professional member of the DFW IFMA Chapter since April 2011 and, in March 2013, received his IFMA Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation. During his tenure at Fielder Road, Lee was very active in the National Association of Church Facility Managers (NACFM), of which he became a charter member in 1995.
Lee is a native of Arlington, Texas, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Electronics' in 1987 from DeVry University in Irving, Texas, where he graduated with a 4.0 GPA as the class Valedictorian. He lives in Arlington with his wife, Marcie, whom he married in September 2011. He enjoys being a part of his children's lives, Jacob and Kaitlyn, and he has two grown children from a previous marriage, Justin and Nicole. Lee enjoys playing golf, snow skiing, along with remodeling and working on their home.
