Didi Wykes, CFM

Didi Wykes recently served as the Vice President on the DFW IFMA Chapter Board of Directors and has been a dedicated Board member for four years. She represents the Chapter in the IFMA Foundation Ambassador Program and has previously chaired both the Education Committee and the Job Bank Committee. Didi has been an active DFW IFMA Chapter member since 2013 and holds the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation.
With 30 years of experience managing and operating a wide range of commercial and non-residential real estate properties and facilities—including data centers, Class B office buildings, retail centers, and industrial parks—Didi brings deep industry expertise to every role she serves. She recently joined CBRE | Turner & Townsend as a Senior Project Manager supporting Citibank data center projects.

Amanda Thompson
Account Executive, Sasser Restoration
Amanda Thompson is a longtime member of IFMA DFW and is honored to be considered for the position of Vice President. Throughout her involvement with the chapter, Amanda has remained committed to advancing the facility management profession while fostering meaningful relationships and creating opportunities for member engagement.
Amanda has actively served on several IFMA DFW committees, including the Winter Social Committee, Golf Committee, and Sponsorship Committee, where she currently serves as Chair. In 2026, she also assumed a leadership role as Co-Chair of the chapter’s inaugural Clays Classic, helping to expand networking opportunities, strengthen member participation, and support the continued growth of the chapter. In recognition of her commitment and service to the chapter, Amanda was honored with the IFMA DFW Chapter Champion Award in 2025.
Beyond her service to IFMA, Amanda has been an active member of BOMA for more than 25 years. Her volunteer leadership includes co-chairing and later chairing the Winter Gala, serving on the Trade Show Committee, and currently serving as Vice Chair of the FEC Committee.
Professionally, Amanda serves in business development for Sasser Restoration & Construction, where she focuses on building long-term partnerships and delivering restoration, construction, and emergency response solutions for commercial real estate and healthcare clients throughout North Texas. Amanda believes strongly in servant leadership, collaboration, and mentoring the next generation of industry professionals. If elected Vice President, she looks forward to supporting the President, providing continuity in chapter leadership, and helping guide the strategic growth and long-term success of IFMA DFW.

Joe Lujan, FMP
Vice President of Sales, The Facilities Group
Joe Lujan is a tenured FM Executive with over 13 years of experience driving operational excellence and strategic growth within the facilities services industry. Joe currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at The Facilities Group. His role spans sales strategy, budget oversight, operational leadership, and team development.
Throughout his career, he has led multi-million-dollar P&Ls, overseen complex budgets, managed large cross-functional teams, and directed vendor and subcontractor partnerships nationwide. He was the youngest General Manager ever appointed at Marsden Services, where he led a 300+-person division and successfully integrated multiple acquisitions under a unified operational framework.
A long-standing advocate for operational innovation and continuous improvement in the FM space, Joe brings to the IFMA DFW Chapter a performance-driven mindset, a deep respect for the profession, and a commitment to advancing the facilities industry through education, engagement, and servant leadership.
Joe holds the following certifications: IFMA: Facilities Management Professional (FMP), AHE: Certified Health Care Environmental Services Technician (CHEST) | ISO 14644: Cleanrooms and Associated Controlled Environments. Joe also serves the IFMA DFW Chapter as the Co-Chair for the Emerging Leaders Committee, and is a member of the Golf Committee.

Gloria Wan is a facilities management leader driving workplace operations, strategic facilities initiatives, and employee experience within a dynamic corporate environment. She has been an active member of the IFMA DFW Chapter since 2021 and currently serves as the Board liason to the Education Committee, where she helps support programs that promote industry learning, engagement, and professional growth.
With a background in corporate real estate and workplace operations, Gloria brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to continuous improvement. She holds the FMP designation and is a LEED Green Associate and was honored as IFMA’s DFW Chapter 2024 Facility Manager of the Year. She is passionate about building strong communities, mentoring emerging professionals, and advancing the facilities management profession.

Jamie Vaughan is a seasoned professional in facilities operations and asset management, bringing over 15 years of experience managing commercial real estate portfolios that include landmark properties such as Fannie Mae, McKinney & Olive, CityLine, and Energy Plaza. Jamie is passionate about cultivating strong vendor partnerships and streamlining operations to create environments that meet the evolving needs of diverse stakeholders. She blends strategic leadership with technical expertise to ensure high-performing, efficient, and resilient workspaces.
As the current President of the IFMA Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter, Jamie has served in numerous leadership roles within the organization and holds two of IFMA’s most respected credentials: Facility Management Professional (FMP) and Certified Facility Manager (CFM). Her dedication to the profession has earned her several chapter honors, including Facility Manager of the Year, Innovator of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and the President’s Award.
Jamie’s vision as President for the 2025–2026 term was, and continues to be, breaking down industry silos by fostering deeper collaboration among all real estate professionals and enhancing the value delivered to Business Partners. The IFMA DFW Board is committed to growing chapter membership by 10%, aiming to become the largest IFMA chapter in the nation. Key initiatives include expanding educational programming, increasing facility tour opportunities, and strengthening the pipeline of future leaders. Jamie remains focused on building a vibrant, connected community that advances the profession and supports the next generation of facility and real estate management professionals.

Zac Ford
Executive Business Development Manager, ATI Restoration
Zac is the Executive Business Development Manager at ATI Restoration, where he has built a decade-long career marked by dedication, growth, and leadership. Beginning as a carpenter and sheetrock installer, Zac advanced through roles in project management, office administration, and business development, giving him a well-rounded understanding of restoration operations and client service.
An active member of IFMA DFW, Zac has served as Chair of the Programs Committee for the past two years, helping develop engaging educational and networking opportunities that support the chapter's mission and membership. His commitment to serving the chapter and its members was recognized in 2025 when he received the IFMA DFW Contributor of the Year Award.
As a Board Member at Large, Zac is committed to supporting the chapter's strategic initiatives, strengthening member engagement, and fostering meaningful connections within the facilities management community. He looks forward to continuing to serve IFMA DFW by helping the chapter grow, supporting its members' professional success, and advancing the organization's mission throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region.

Lesley Koehler, CFM, SFP, FMP
Facilities Manager, Cushman & Wakefield at Fidelity
Since 2011, Lesley has been an active member of IFMA DFW, supporting the local chapter through her involvement in the Membership Committee for the past 2 years. In recognition of her contributions, Lesley was selected for the IFMA DFW Member Spotlight in November 2023 and honored as Facility Manager of the Year in 2024.
Beyond local chapter involvement, Lesley contributes on a broader scale by volunteering on the IFMA Certificate Commission, where she participates in updating the FMP and SFP Certificate programs. Recently, she joined the US Technical Advisory Group (US TAG) to ISO/TC 267 (ISO 41000 FM Standards), advocating for a common language and approach for FM practices.
With all three designations achieved through IFMA and over a decade of experience as a Facilities Manager, Lesley brings a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and dedication to IFMA DFW. She recently served as the Second Vice President of the DFW local IFMA chapter. She is committed to fostering an environment of collaboration, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing the value of our membership experience. She believes that together, we can continue to strengthen IFMA DFW and advance the profession of Facility Management.

Brad Law

Brad Law serves as Director of Business Development at CESG, where he has been a valued leader since 2004. With a lifelong background in the construction industry and hands-on electrical experience dating back to 2002, Brad brings deep industry knowledge and a relationship-driven approach to his work and leadership.
An active member of IFMA for many years, Brad has proudly served on two holiday committees and chaired two consecutive golf committees, helping strengthen engagement and community within the DFW Chapter. Under his leadership, the chapter delivered the most participated and most profitable tournaments in its history. In 2025, Brad was honored with the IFMA DFW President’s Award in recognition of his spirit of leadership and community engagement.
He is passionate about supporting the industry, building meaningful partnerships, and giving back to the professional community that has shaped his career. He is honored to be serving on the Board and looks forward to the opportunity to continue supporting the mission, members, and future growth of IFMA DFW.
