2024 IFME Award Recipients

The IFMA DFW Board of Directors honored the 2024 International Facility Management Excellence Award (IFME) recipients Tuesday. Erik Lind, LEED GA, Vice President, Strategic Accounts at APEX Group and IFMA DFW Chapter President, presented the "President's Award" to Zoe Freeman, Servpro Team Shaw. As IFMA DFW's Community Affairs Chair, Zoe stood out for her tenacity in finding meaningful and enjoyable ways for chapter members to help those who are less fortunate. Jamie Vaughan, CFM, FMP, Facilities Director for Sodexo at Fannie Mae and IFMA DFW First Vice President, recognized Lesley Koehler, CFM, SFP, FMP as "Facility Manager of the Year." Lesley, a Senior Facilities Manager with CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) voluntarily mentors others in the chapter on their pursuit of education and certifications. Didi Wykes, CFM, CDCDP, IFMA DFW Second Vice President, awarded Bill Porter, G2 General Contractors, "Business Partner of the Year." Bill serves as the chapter's Business Partner Chair and, as the sole member of the committee, has recruited 14 companies to become Preferred Business Partners in the past year. And Bill Parker, Vice President of American Dining Creations and IFMA DFW's Secretary, presented "Rookie of the Year" to Peggy Healey. Peggy serves as the chapter's Holiday Chair and is National CRE Sales Executive for EyeQ Monitoring. Peggy, as a new member, immediately volunteered to head the Holiday Committee.
