Texas A&M Junior Named Recipient of IFMA Foundation Scholarship

Kathryn Moore, a junior at Texas A&M, has been selected by the Board as the recipient of the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter's AHI Facility Services IFMA Foundation Scholarship. The scholarship was named for AHI Facility Services as a benefit of their Diamond Level chapter sponsorship.

Kathryn will receive $1,500 to defray her college expenses and her accommodations for the 2022 World Workplace will be covered.

Kathryn sent the following e-mailed note to Chapter President Lisa Wells, FMP, after being notified she was a recipient:

"I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the IFMA DFW AHI Facility Services scholarship. This is a huge honor and honestly something that brought me a great deal of joy. This has been a difficult semester with many things not really turning out as planned. Receiving this scholarship is a deep consolation to me and has provided an amazing morale boost for this year. I am so excited by the opportunities this scholarship offers -- one of those being the opportunity to network with you and your colleagues. I would love to get to know you better and once again express my gratitude. Thank you again for this honor."
